Ray Dodge is the chief software developer at Crimestar USA. Ray brings with him over twenty-five years of law enforcement experience including eight years as a local police chief. In addition, Ray’s software development experience extends close to thirty years.
Since joining Crimestar almost nineteen years ago, Ray has provided product support to customers, including developing utilities and reports to serve our customers’ needs. As chief developer, Ray oversees the continued development of all our software products to include incorporating the latest technological innovations to streamline our user’s productivity.
Eric Sargent came to Crimestar Corporation in 2002 after a 28-year Law Enforcement career, in which 18 were spent as the Chief of Police for 2 NH agencies. His relationship with Crimestar started in 1999 when he purchased Crimestar RMS for his department. Eric’s responsibilities included Sales and Support to new and existing customer agencies. Along with Ray Dodge and Chris Roberts, we purchased the assets of Crimestar Corporation in 2022. The new Company became Crimestar USA, LLC. In the new agency, he handles Administrative, Financial, Support and Sales functions.
Chris Roberts is the lead technical support team member at Crimestar USA. Chris has over twenty-six years of law enforcement experience in the State of New Hampshire where he held positions up through the rank of Lieutenant for rural police departments during that time. Additionally, he has taken over the NIBRS support and implementation for customers who are new to the system and is well versed in both the standard FBI NIBRS as well as the many different State specific variations Crimestar is programmed to. Chris came to Crimestar in 2016 after retiring from his Law Enforcement career and has provided product support to customers since. Being well versed in the specifics of both Crimestar features as well as NIBRS programming, he is eager to help customers both new and current meet the needs of today’s Law Enforcement reporting requirements.
Lester is the newest member of our team and loves working with the various Police Departments helping to support Crimestar. He has been using Crimestar working in Law enforcement since 1999. He retired after 33 years in Law Enforcement and spent 13 years as Chief of Police. Lester is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and is active in the local Legion Post as the Adjutant and Finance Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm’s College. Lester handles Tier 1 Technical Support and looks forward to helping our customers tune our software to departments individual needs.
