System Audit Logs

 

Crimestar RMS provides 4 distinct audit log files to track both access and changes to data records within the system.  These audit log files provide critical accountability information a regarding the sensitive information within your RMS system.. The available audit logs are as follows;

 

1.) Login Attempt Log:  This log records all logins and attempted logins to the RMS system, recording who logged in or attempted to login, when the login attempt occurred, what machine or computer was used and if the login attempt was successful.

2.) Update / Delete Transaction Log:  This log records changes made to existing data records including who made the change, when the change was made and what was changed.

3.) Recall / View Log:  This log records the date/time, user and workstation ID of records that have been viewed.

4.) Print Log:  This log records the date/time and user ID of printed module documents.
