Photo Thumbnails

Thumbnails is a term used to reference graphic images when they are displayed smaller (about the size of a thumbnail or postage stamp) than their normal size.

CrimeStar provides you with the ability to view photos from the Master Name Index photo database as a series of thumbnail images. This allows you to simultaneously see up to 32 images at the same time. This feature makes it easier to quickly scan through large numbers of images. This feature is available on the Photo Lineup Form by clicking on the button labeled Thumbnails. Similar to the photo picker you can drag and drop images from the thumbnail page to the photo lineup page. It is also possible to have more than one thumbnail page active at the same time, if desired.
