Technical support via either e-mail or voice telephone is available for a minimal support fee (see our web site for current support fees). E-mail communication for support issues is the preferred method as it provides automatic tracking of issues. Telephone support is normally available Monday through Friday during normal business hours (See the crimestar web site for contact information).
