On-Line Diagnostic Support

 

Crimestar Corporation can usually resolve most problems or question by simply communicating with the customer via either e-mail or voice telephone. However sometimes the situation can be very complex and other more sophisticated methods of customer support are desirable.

 

Crimestar Corporation can provide on-line remote diagnostics of your computer using the Internet and a remote access/diagnostic tools that permit for remote access to your computer.  Once connected, we can examine your system and your Crimestar software installation on-line to diagnose and/or repair most any problem that you may be experiencing, while you watch.

 

*Note: The use of remote access software to connect with your computer is completely controlled by you and is only permitted when you explicitly run the program(s) and provide the necessary access information to the remote user.

 

While we hope that we would never need to use it, this tool is available so that on-line diagnostics is a Technical Support option in the event of a system problem.
