The Query Toolbar can be toggled on and off from the main menu. Select ‘View’ from the main menu then select ‘Query Toolbar’ or type control-Q by holding down the control key labeled ‘Ctrl’ and pressing the ‘Q’ key. If the Query Toolbar is not active it will be toggled on, if the toolbar is active, it will be toggled off again.
