Case Management

 

The Case Management section of Crimestar allows authorized users review reports and assign their current approval status. Kickback messages can be generated for each reviewed report so that users can obtain immediate feedback regarding the status of their report automatically. Likewise, this section of the program allows the user to assign certain reports to investigators where the investigators assignment workload can be viewed and monitored at all times.
