As you use CrimeStar RMS and hit on certain flagged records, the system with display various
flashing popup alert windows. These windows are intended to alert the user of certain
cautions and conditions that may apply to the data that is being accessed. By clicking on one of these flashing popup windows the user will be immediately taken to the appropriate document that resulted in the popup alert.
