Kickback Messages provide an easy way for supervisors who review reports to get messages and instructions routed back to the reporting officer.  When the user/officer signs onto the computer the system automatically checks to see if there are any kickback messages and displays them.  Also at any time Kickback messages can be recalled from the main program menu.  Officers can then easily recall the document being referenced and make the necessary changes or corrections.



The system can also be configured to allow the officers to delete the kickback messages once they have been displayed.
