This field is a simple yes/no flag used to indicate that the article is being held for SafeKeeping purposes. This is used in circumstances where the property is neither seized or of an evidentiary nature, however it is in the best interest of the circumstances for the items to be placed in the custody of the local authorities until, they can be retrieved by the owner.
