Record Exported (Citation Module)

The ‘Record Exported’ field in the citation module is a simple flag that can be set to indicate that the citation record has been exported to an outside system. Some Crimestar customers use separate programs extract citation records from the Crimestar database for input into external court systems. This ‘Record Exported’ field has been created to help them keep track of what citation documents have already been exported and which ones have not.

This field can turned on/off via the Crimestar system configuration, and for most Crimestar users should be left off as it is not applicable for them.
