Jail - Medical Log

The Jail Medical Log tracks both medications that an inmate is taking or has prescribed to take, and the actual medical related activities performed or administered. Such activities are code table driven and indicate the date, time and location of the activity as well as the person who supervised or performed any given medical activity.
