Jail - Court Dates

The Jail Court Dates Log provides a mechanism to record information about the court officials (primary Judge, Prosecutor, Defense Attorney and Officer or Investigator) associated with an inmate’s case. The system also tracks the need for a translator, the language required and if any other persons need or require notification regarding the inmate’s court appearances or trial. Additionally comments can be record to provide other miscellaneous information. The logging process tracks the specific dates, times and locations that an inmate is required to appear. Additionally if the related court officials differ from those defined as the primary officials the system provides the ability to override those values with any new or updated information.
