Jail - Commissary

The Jail Commissary provides a mechanism to track an inventory of products and goods, cash held on account for any specific inmate as well as a list of items purchased by that inmate. Commissary items purchased are deducted from the Commissary inventory files so that current inventory and re-order reports can be produced. Likewise the purchase of any given item debits the inmates cash account accordingly. The commissary component of the Jail Module is completely barcode enabled using the standard product UPC barcodes and the inmate’s barcode identification bracelet, allowing for all commissary transactions to be performed quickly and accurately.
