Entering Live Data in an Evaluation Copy

It is often asked, if data that has been entered into the evaluation copy of Crimestar RMS or CAD can be transferred to the licensed copy of the software.

The simple answer is YES! Since the evaluation copy of the software is a real live working copy of the actual program which simply limits the number of records that can be input, registering or licensing the software does not require changing anything.  When you have licensed the software and are provided with a registration access key, simply enter the access key information to ‘unlock’ or remove the restrictions from the software that you already have. Any data records that you have entered into the software while operating in evaluation mode will still be present and you can simply continue using the software as is.
