Booking Photo

To add a photo to a booking record you should follow the same basic steps outlined for saving a photo to the MNI. (See: How to add photos to an MNI record). A Photo that is captured as part of a booking is directly linked to that booking. Likewise, it is stored in and becomes part of the MNI master photo list so it can be used for reference. However, photos that are entered into the MNI are not and do not become part of the booking. The arrest & booking record is a reflection of a specific booking and only those photos that are captured as part of that specific booking from within that Booking record are linked as part of the booking record.

* Professional Edition users should remember that the maximum size of any single table in the database is 2 Gigabytes, thus large digital images can fill the database photo table quickly.
