The query toolbar provides an alternative or shortcut method to searching for data records without using the main menu. Each button on the Query Toolbar displays an Icon that visually represents a particular system module. When you click on a query toolbar button a search screen will appear for the module selected. Remember when you are "searching" for data the results you receive are read only. If you wish to edit or change any of the data you need to recall the data record, using the system menu or Record Toolbar.
