The NIBRS Ethnicity field is used to capture the ethnic origin of an arrestee or victim when the NIBRS Victim Type code is "I" (Individual). The NIBRS ethnicity codes used in CrimeStar are those referenced by the published FBI NIBRS specifications and are not modifiable by the user. Acceptable values for this field are as follows:
H = Hispanic
N = Non Hispanic
U = Unknown
