This field(s) is required on when the NIBRS Victim Type code is "I" (Individual) and the Individual was a victim of one a crime classified with one of the following NIBRS classification codes.
13A = Aggravated Assault
09A = Murder and Non-negligent Manslaughter
09B = Negligent Homicide
09C = Justifiable Homicide
