The term Drag & Drop refers to the process of selecting an object from one form or area of a form and ‘Dragging’ it another form or area of the same form. Often when you drag an object, you will be dragging a virtual copy of the object.
To drag an object, select the object (text, picture, etc.) with the mouse. Now click and hold down the left mouse button while moving the mouse to the new location. When the mouse is over the desired location release the left mouse button to ‘drop’ the object to the new location.
*Note: there are only specific objects within CrimeStar that permit or work via the Drag & Drop method. Drag and Drop functionality must be specifically programmed into each object on a form. Attempts to Drag or Drop other objects not designed for this type of operation, will simply fail.

· Master Name Photo’s into a Photo Lineup Form.
· Photo Picker Form to the Photo Lineup Form.
· Thumbnail Form to the Photo Lineup Form
