Street Prefix

The Street Prefix field is a 2 character forced choice field, used to capture or display the street prefix portion of an address. The street prefix portion of an address is generally the compass directional identification used as a prefix to any given street name. While the root street name may be the same, when used in conjunction with a prefix the location of the address is distinctly different.

Example: W Main vs. E Main

The values, which appear in this forced choice field, are derived from a user defined code table.
