The Registered Owner field(s) can contain either the name of a person or company that is the owner of vehicle registration at the time the source document was created. This information is captured strictly as additional reference information to a vehicle. Registered Owner name information is not saved to the Master Name Index. You should refer to your state Department of Motor Vehicles for current Registered Owner information.
