The record toolbar provides an alternative or shortcut method to create new records or open/recall existing records for editing without using the main menu. To create a new record, select the module you wish to work with from within the dropdown list of modules. Then while the desired module is displayed click the Blank folder button immediately to the right of the module list selector. This will create new blank record for that module. To open or recall an existing record, select the module desired and click on the button displaying the Open Folder Icon.
