Civil Documents Module   (Not Available in the Basic / 'Lite' Edition)

The civil documents module can be used to track various civil papers and documents. These documents include eviction notices, restraining orders, custody orders, etc. The module can track the names of all the people associated with the civil documents and specifically define their respective relationship to the civil matter. The module can be configured with a variety of different user definable codes to accommodate a wide variety of circumstances.

Optionally a Civil Alert can be generated in association with one or more people related to the civil document. This allows for notification to officers that a civil document(s) exist so that associated enforcement action can be taken if required. Examples of enforcement actions can include the actual "service" of the documents, or arrest in the case of those violating Restraining Orders once the order has been served.
