BOL (Be on Lookout) Module  (Not Available in the Basic / 'Lite' Edition)

The BOL Module is designed to capture general textual information about persons and/or vehicles, which is maintained in the database for a finite period of time. This file is cross-referenced or checked, whenever an inquiry is performed. The BOL file can be used to notify others concerning various persons and conditions such as; missing persons, wanted persons, wanted vehicles and general officer safety related information.  

* "BOL" is an acronym for "Be On Lookout".  Many people refer to a BOL as a "BOLO".  We are not quite sure where this acronym came from as the dictionary references "Lookout" as one word not two.  That said, whether you use the term BOL or BOLO this is the module that you are referring to.
