The Civil Documents Module is designed to handle a wide variety of civil papers such as restraining orders, eviction notices, custody orders etc. Each Civil Document is assigned a title that is used to reference the document. Basic information such as what type of document it is, when it was received, who provided it, and what if any fees were charged for the processing of the document allow for a flexible way to handle a wide variety of circumstances.
Within the document you can list an infinite number of related people and
classify their relationship or involvement and Service status in such cases
where the person is to be served with civil papers. Each person is linked
to the Master Name Index.
Finally we provide 12 user definable questions that can be answered to help
classify or further
describe the type of civil circumstance being documented..
