Flexibility : Working in a law enforcement environment is full of constant interruptions, it is necessary for people in this situation to be able to do more than one thing at a time. With this in mind, all CrimeStar^®modules utilize an Multiple Document Interface (MDI) which permits the user to have multiple copies of forms (from the same module or different modules) displayed at the same time. These forms appear as independent windows which can be moved, minimized and in some cases resized by the user. All these system forms are activated from familiar and easy to use windows style menus and toolbars for quick and convenient access.


	Dockable Toolbars work in conjunction with Windows menu accelerator keys to make navigation through the system a snap! In most circumstances adding records, recalling records and querying records can be performed with the click of a button.
