The MDC workstation provides one key pop-up status dialogs that can be used to modify a units current CAD status and provide valuable comments that appear on the CAD status monitors and become permanent record in the systems unit history tables.  When clearing an Event the field unit can provide a detailed disposition for the call which will be appended to the event data record and transferred to Crimestar RMS.
