The BOL module captures information on people, vehicles or items that field officers should be aware of and watch out for (Be On Lookout). The module permits you to enter a narrative description of the person, vehicle or circumstances that should be known. Likewise the module permits you to capture and imbed a digital photo that may be helpful for field knowledge or identification. Since the photos that are entered into the BOL module are not necessarily images of people, these images are not entered into the master photo file. When a person using Crimestar searches for a name or vehicle that has a BOL entry associated with it, the system will alert the user with a BOL popup alert.
